Hardy Engineering & Mfg

Hardy Engineering & Mfg

“I would like to tell you about the superior service that Hardy Engineering & Mfg.has received from Carlos Lugo and his staff. North Western Machinery has been there when we have called and stayed with us until what very issue has been resolved. Their team always seems to go the extra mile when we need them. We have purchased a few pieces of equipment from NW Machinery and whenever they have issues Carlos and his team responds quickly. Even on equipment they don’t sell – service is available. We had one piece of equipment serviced by a different company who failed to get the equipment up. North Western Machinery came thru and fixed the equipment and found the problem. Carlos is very knowledgeable about milling and turning equipment since he has been in this business for over 30 years. It helps that he has been on the floor using and seeing how these machines are used over the years. Thank you”

“Zodiac Northwest Aerospace Technologies recently purchased a Kent USA KTM-4VKF with MillPwr G2 controller. Since acquiring this piece of equipment our production has doubled, scrap rate has declined and the quality of the products we produce has significantly improved. These ease of programming and operation is impressive. We were producing parts in the first couple of hours and haven’t looked back since. The service we got from NW Machinery (Carlos Lugo) was outstanding down to the last detail. Carlos’ knowledge of the industry was very helpful and aided in our approach in choosing the right machine and options for our needs. I appreciated the service, demonstrations, support and training he provided and look forward to doing business in the future. Sincerely”
